Inyo also collects aggregated and anonymous user data about the use of its application. The personal information we collect is used to improve Inyo and the quality of our services, and we only store them for that purpose.

Inyo uses the services of third-party providers and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, network, storage, and related technologies needed to run Inyo. Although Inyo has the code, the databases and the rights of the Inyo application, you retain ownership of your data. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, and we will never sell it to third parties. We process the data in France. We transfer the data to third parties needed to provide our services, all of which comply with the RGPD and provide the necessary guarantees if they are based outside the EU.
