Collection and use of information
When registering for Inyo, we ask for information such as your name, email address and phone number. Your information is only used internally and is not shared with third parties.
Inyo collects e-mail addresses of people communicating with its services, and information voluntarily submitted, for example when adding your contacts to projects or tasks. Inyo also collects aggregated and anonymous user data about the use of its application. The personal information we collect is used to improve Inyo and the quality of our services, and we only store them for that purpose.
Inyo uses the services of third-party providers and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, network, storage, and related technologies needed to run Inyo. Although Inyo has the code, the databases and the rights of the Inyo application, you retain ownership of your data. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, and we will never sell it to third parties. We process the data in France. We transfer the data to third parties needed to provide our services, all of which comply with the RGPD and provide the necessary guarantees if they are based outside the EU.
We have no partnerships or special relationship with ad server companies.
All data and information transmitted with the service are secured by the SSL protocol.
If our information practices change in the future, we will announce the policy changes on our website to notify you of these changes and we will only use for the new purposes the data collected from the time of policy change.
